To do this we must assist everyone to achieve their goals and dreams and achieve life harmony, from New Small Business Owners to Experienced Company Team Leaders, utilizing our Knowledge, Experience, Resources and Insight.             To reach this goal as a business we commit ourselves to the following 10 Laws:     1 – Find the Balance and Harmony It is our responsibility to guide our clients to achieve harmony in their lives. We help find the balance between work and personal life.   6 - No One is an Island Teamwork is the key to success, and this is a “successful” office. We live in a community of professionals, not competitors. If a colleague can better assist or match a client’s needs, we do not hesitate to refer the client.           2 – Clients Deserve Professional Warmth Our clients deserve to be treated fairly and honestly. Relationships should be based on Honor, Respect and Integrity.   7 – Develop Synergistic Relationships In order to best assist our clients, we build synergistic relationships with any and all companies that provide Quality Services.           3 – Build Lifelong Relationships We work with our clients for life. Just because the immediate coaching is finished, does not mean that our job is done. A large part of our resources are Business and Life Service Referrals.   8 – Knowledge is Constant In order to provide the best possible information and services to our clients we need to constantly educate ourselves.           4 – Share the KERI We have a vast amount of Knowledge, Experience, Resources and Insights to draw upon. We provide this to our clients in order to best achieve their goals and dreams   9 – Efficiency is Effective Efficient Systems make for Smooth Transactions. We have procedures and protocols to ensure each client receives the same high level of quality and care.           5 – Act as a Bridge We cross the gap between business consulting and life coaching. Life does not end at 5pm nor does it only begin there – in order to create true harmony all aspects of life must be considered.   10 – Walk our Talk To maintain a happy and healthy environment we must Balance Work and Life ourselves. Balance is essential to Happiness. These Laws are designed to keep us focused on the goals of this business. In order to assist our clients achieve harmony between their business and life goals both now and in the future, we need to be at our best.
